Is there any way how do I restrict users to view assigned issues only?

i been through the provided document for same query, i am only confuse with the step once we create a scheme, there is no option which says that to this role, view to , assignee only something like that. 

Someone can help me with real implementation in the system please.

Hi @sunita yadav,

Under Browse Projects in the permission scheme.

Administrators will see all issues, current assignee will see only issues assigned to them.

You can also try use issue security level which by default would be set for assignee only. Then if necessary you could make some particular issues visible for other users by changing issue security level of this issue
