Is there any problem to upgrade Sonarqube version on Atlassian server?

Hi, Everone

Now I'm using Atlassian products(Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) together on one server with Sonarqube.

I hope to make Sonarqube version the lastest version(6.7 LTS). My Sonarqube version is 6.5.

My question are

1. Is it possible to use Sonarqube(6.7 LTS) without Elasticsearch? It looks like I have to install Elasticsearch if I want to use Sonarqube 6.7 LTS.
2. When I upgrade Sonarqube 6.5 to 6.7, Is there any dependency on Atlassian products which are already installed?
