We are in a standard plan and it was announced that we will be receiving AI soon. I also got to know that AI usage has limited credits. Is there any option to track AI credit usage?

Not yet. Quotas do not apply yet and by the time they will be introduced, these capabilities will be rolled out. See this Community announcement for more context and links to additional documentation.

AI credits are a unit of consumption based on the usage of Rovo features. Each billable feature consumes a set number of credits based on the complexity of the task.
At the moment, the only billable features are:
10 credits - requests sent to Rovo Chat or Rovo Agents
100 credits - requests using Deep Research
Other features including queries to Rovo Search do not currently generate any credit costs.
As we continue to add more features to Rovo, Atlassian reserves the right to add an associated credit charge for their use.
