I suspect you are asking the wrong audience.   We're a community of end-users of Atlassian software (including some experts, partners, and Atlassians), and we can try to help you with questions about the software.

But your question is about a specific Jira system that you use.  We have less access to it than you, and even less knowledge about how it is configured or intended to be used. 

There might be some of your admins or colleagues here, who might spot this question, but most of us can't help.  I think you should ask your Jira admins, and other people in your teams who might know (or might know who your admins are, at least)
