Is there any global cutom field present in jira

I wnt to know that Is there any global cutom field present in jira? If it is there how can i access it ?

JIRA has a range of custom field types available, but it's up to the admins how they are used.  When you add a custom field, you have to choose a type and a "context" as well as a name.  The context determines where the field is available - project/issue-type or globally.

Possibly.  Depends on what you and your other admins have added

What do you mean by "access it"?  Use it on an issue?  Configure it?  Use it in a search?  etc...
