I see there is a connector (Atlassian Rovo) in Claude that can fetch data and update in Jira. This integration or connection via connector can be done by users individually with out admin privileges. It has few restrictions that can be done on user level. Is there any such restrictions that can handled by Admins between Claude and Jira?
Hi @Mahanth Prudhvi P ,
I believe you can setup in Atlassian, that Claude integration is not allowed at all (by disabling Atlassian supported domains).
Thank you for your response. I am looking for granular control like, I want only certain group of users to use the connector and restrict the other users from using the connector or integrating Claude-jira. And from the users who are using the connector I want to allow them to only read access but restrict to Write access from Claude to Jira.

Hi @Mahanth Prudhvi P ,
thank you for the detailed explanation. I'm afraid there's no such functionality.
