Is there an event tied to the addition of an attachment?

Hello Atlassian Community,

I hope this finds you all well!

Was wondering if there was an event tied to the addition of an attachment during the create issue process?  We would like to trigger a script if an attachment is added in order to perform certain tasks if it occurred in a given project.

I would also appreciate code examples if they could be provided, but also understand that examples can likely be found online as well.

You could create a custom event that could review the issue to see if there has been an attachment added.
