Is there an equivalent for a "Program" in Jira Cloud?

Hi! We're looking for a way to track issues of epic hierarchy and above via a level like Program - but from all the documentation I've accessed it appears that Programs are not available in Cloud? e.g., clicking on "create" only offers the option to create a Plan.

Hello @Barbara Shaw 

With the Premium subscription you can extend the Issue Hierarchy upwards above Epics, creating issue types for whatever you want to call the entities; Features, Initiatives, Themes, Programs. That extended hierarchy is a global setting that would affect any projects that want to include higher level groupings above Epics. You Jira/Site Admins can create the additional issue types and then set up the extended Issue Hierarchy.

To then visualize the relationships you create a Roadmap Plan from the Plans menu bar option and add or organize the issues in the hierarchy through the Plan.
