Is there an easy way to tell how many users/groups can access our Jira Software instances?

In our Sandbox, I created a many groups, some of whom contain many users.  I want to give those groups access to Jira Software.  In the Sandbox and in Production, is there a way to tell what the license threshold is?

hi @Phil Bustin 

go to admin.atlassian.com, pick your Atlassian Org and go to Billing. You will see all your products/sites and the available as well as the taken licenses.
