Hi,
I want to re-open a Zendesk closed ticket when the Jira ticket linked to this ticket is commented.
Indeed, I have users who don't follow their Jira tickets' evolution and quickly close their Zendesk tickets so I'd like them to be warned by re-opening the ticket on Zendesk when a user send a reminder on Jira.
I can re-open the Zendesk ticket when the status of the Jira ticket changes (thanks to Workflows) but here I want it to open when we comment it.
