Is there a way with jirapython to determine how many issues were closed vs incomplete in a sprint?

I am trying to autogenerate multisprint reports and want to see the statuses of issues at the end of a sprint, I know there are single sprint reports in the app that have the categories of completed, incomplete and removed and I'm just trying to replicate that.
