Is there a way to view roadmaps (regular or advanced software) to enable 'now', 'next', and'later'?

We are looking for a tool to ease communication from Jira out to staekholders. 

Our preferred method of doing so is the 'now', 'next', and 'later' 

Is there any way via Jira or a plugin to enable the now next and later view?
