Is there a way to view in progress tickets in Kan Ban backlog?

Was trying to get a sense of my project overall progress by looking at the project epics, but it only shows ready to dev and pending tickets while those in progress and done tickets were not there - I can't get what/how much we have completed for the project by just looking at the epics, but rather have to have a tracker document somewhere else to record the progress.

This isn’t possible. Once issue are in progress they are not considered Backlog. However, you might consider a simple filter for the epic. You could also include a gadget on a dashboard which is a typical use case for seeing overall progress of Epics.
