Is there a way to view dependencies on the time line view of Jira Product Discovery?

I know that we can view dependencies on Basic roadmap feature on Jira software (as seen in the attached pic) but I need to do the same with ideas on product discovery

I'm trying to achieve the same view as you describe but doesn't seem it's possible.

I tried to create the Timeline view and add the "Linked issues" field to the card, but that's not quite the same as dependencies view.

1. Create issue link on the Idea ticket:


2. Add the Linked issues field to the JPD project view:

However, the issue link types in Jira Project Discovery aren't the same as in Jira Software projects so if you're looking to create linkage to an idea in JPD, the dependency types are quite limited.  

My apologies my answer is not very helpful, I thought to share my approach and see if anyone else can resolve it better :)
