Is there a way to view all restricted comments as site-admin?

We deleted a project role which was used for some restricted comments. Now we are missing those comments. I know they are not deleted but simply invisible as nobody is in that project role anymore.

But is there no way for a site-admin to somehow see every comment and then manually change the restriction to another role?

Any help would be much appreciated,
