We are a Product organisation and manage our development in Jira.
While all of our projects are private and visible only internally, I'd want to surface all the bugs related to my client on a shared Confluence page (eg Jira report filtering across all Projects by a ticket label).
Client doesn't need to go in the ticket itself, just see Jira report - Ticket # / Summary / Created / Status on Confluence page.
But because the projects are private client can't see a report.
Our projects are organised by a software component, not by a client, which means we can't share the entire project with a customer to provide the visibility.
The great thing about Jira report - all the ticket status update get automatically reflected, while any manual tracker gets out of date really quickly.
Hello @Seva Balter,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
When we need to share Jira tickets on Confluence pages, for users to be able to view it, they must also have access to Jira.
The only way for them to see tickets without having a Jira license is by giving access to anonymous users.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

Angélica
