Is there a way to share a theme between portfolio plans, where the issue is shared, instead of creating and assigning a theme to the same issue across two portfolio plans?

Hi Jason,

Thanks for your question. At the moment themes are plan specific and can not be shared across plans.

If you think this would be a useful feature for Portfolio to have, you can suggest the feature here https://jira.atlassian.com/.
