Is there a way to set a black background or a plan to have this feature in Jira?

It saves on tired eyes.

I have my browser set up with the black background but I cannot have Jira or Confluence display the reverse colour scheme.

Am I missing a trick on how to do this?

Come on Atlassian it's such a basic setting, do we really need to buy third-party subscription for this?
