Is there a way to request Jira Cloud to be updated (8.11)

We are looking to use a feature in JIRA 8.11 and we are on JIRA Cloud. Curious if we can force an update or when we will know our update will happen? We are interested in using Road Maps on Classic Boards.

Jira Cloud and Jira Server are two separate products, and some features on Jira Server will never be added to Cloud and vice versa.

Hey Mikael, do you know if Road Maps on Classic Boards will be coming to JIRA Cloud?

Yes, advanced roadmaps was released earlier this year, but you have to be on the premium plan in order to get access to it. You can see the difference between the plans here.

at one time I had heard that a reduced feature set for Roadmaps was coming to Standard but unsure if that is valid. Time will tell.
