Is there a way to report the Original Estimate v/s the Time Spent without venting to AIO reports?

Without making use of the AIO reports, can JIRA provide a report of the "Original Estimate" & the "Time Spent" on tickets per user(s)? We can always extract the list within the sprint & apply manual calculations. But isn't there an automatically triggered report that can help us do so?
