All pages show the # of people viewed, can this be removed from the document view?
I want the page to only show Title and author. Is that possible?

I believe those are part of the analytics. I believe you can hide them from everyone through the analytics permissions. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/set-viewing-permissions-for-analytics/
