Is there a way to recover overwritten projects in Jira cloud?

My old projects got overwritten while importing a project from a different workspace. I would like to know if there is a way I can recover those projects or if a Jira support person can help me with this situation.

This happened around 6.30 pm india time today. I had selected the merge option while importing but for some reason the projects got overwritten instead of merging resulting in a massive loss of data and effort. It would be really great if someone could help me figure this out.

unfortunately i did not download the backup file, however I created it

the only way to recover the old would be if, just prior to your import you performed a backup. If you did that you could restore the backup. However, this would take you back to where you were prior to the import. Then you could rethink your import.
