Is there a way to nudge people to update their profile?

If a Jira or Confluce user has not put down any information in their profil the page says "Nudge to fill in their profile information!" -  it feels like there should be a button or option to do so but I can not find any.

Does this mean "in person" or "via a communications channel of your choice" or am I just to blind to see where to click?

Also I think it would be useful to "nudge" people about acception an invitation to a team - cause it seems like some users do not see the mailreminder or forget about accepting the invitation and restarting a team just because some people did not join already seems inadequate...
