Is there a way to migrate some configuration changes from a test environment to production without manually making all changes again in the new environment?

We have made a bunch of custom changes for a project in our test environment. (Custom fields, field configuration, screens, screen scheme, issue types, work flows and notification schemes...) Is there a way to export these changes from our test environment and import them to our production environment? Or do I need to make all of these changes in production manually? We are on Jira 4.4.3.

You will have to do it manually. Only workflows can be exported and imported.
