Is there a way to map users from Asana to users in Jira?

We don't have the External User Management enabled so any imports from Asana fail. If we could map users from Asana to users in JIRA that would solve this issue and make imports much easier.

Depends on what you're trying to import and how you're doing it, as well as what you mean by "map users".  Could you give us some more detail on what you're trying to do?
