Is there a way to import insights into Jira Product Discovery Ideas from a CSV?

I've imported Ideas from Productboard to Jira Product Discovery along with a custom field for entity_uuid which enables me to map insights from Productboard to an idea in Jira Product Discovery. 

I've exported notes from Productboard into a .csv field with the entity_uuid. I'd like to import those insights into the JPD Ideas themselves rather than Jira Work Items. Is there a way to do this?
