Is there a way to identify a set of projects as belonging to the same portfolio?

I have a set of projects for one client and I would like to be able to tag them or identify them in some way as belonging to the same client.

Specifically, I want to drive automations when new projects are created and have this identifier, so that a set of compliance stories are automatically created.

You could do this by setting entity properties on the project when it is created, and then use that in the automation to create the stories. This would require that you either create the project via REST API or manually add the property after creating the project, since they only available via the API.
