Is there a way to highlight the changes in the JIRA history?

Im looking for something similiar to a file diff (red text where something was deleted and green when something was added). In cases where the text is quite big and the change is small this could be invaluable.

Thanks

No sure which version of JIRA are you using, but for example you can add your css code in the file tables.less in the folder "/atlassian-jira-5.0-standalone/atlassian-jira/ui/aui-layout", it can be overwrite the global CSS form.

Also, there is a feature request for this https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-20112. Vote for it :)
