Is there a way to go back to previous layout options?

I am pretty sure that before my left bar was hidden by default, now it opens each time and its super annoying, any way to hide it by default?

Also Before I was able to configure that on the issue view layout the comments section was at the bottom of the page, needing to scroll down to get to it. I LIKE IT LIKE THAT!! Now its showing always at the bottom of the screen, blocking other important info I want on each issue.
Can I go back to previous version or configure it?

When you hover your mouse on the line that separates left sidebar and the issue content there needs be a collapse button that can be clicked, or you can use the [ button on your keyboard as a shortcut.

Yeah, I can do that, but I mean, I want it collapsed by default.
Cause each time I open a new screen, issue, etc it comes up again and I need to collapse it each time!
