Hi there,

I have a company-managed software board for QA, I want to raise all the bugs issue (ticket) in this board and so I would create issue for the other team board (link issue and create one on the other board).

Since I want to have all the issues in my board (QA) and separate issues by the relevant team. I also connected the issue with a slack channel but I didn't get notification on the linked issue (in the other board).

Is there a way to get notification on the both the two issues that linked? or what is the best practice for this.

Thank you.

@Aroya Phadasri ,

Welcome to the community.

I would suggest using automation to trigger notifications in the Slack channel based on the entry criteria for the notification. In this case when an issue is created /updated if there is a linked ticket send a notification.

When an issue is of a certain type and meets a field condition.

e.g. https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-conditions/

Action: Send Slack message.
