Now that I'm using the Jira dashboard I'm noticing all the vertical whitespace, especially between gadgets.
How can I "tighten up" the layout, both between and within gadgets?
Thanks!
P.S. I use a portrait monitor and it still seems like too much whitespace!
Hi @Wayne Erfling,
I believe the layouts are predefined, to my knowledge their margins cannot be altered further than changing the dashboard layout.
If you have a Confluence instance running, publish all your JIRA gadgets to Confluence, and create a page in Confluence in the way you want. It can be actually in any format as you can even put direct html into the page.
Apologies I cannot be any further assistance.
Thanks, but no Confluence.
I thought I'd ask, understanding that white space is very fashionable right now.
I guess I come from the "show me more data" epoch. Very passé.

They could still make it configurable so users can choose.
I also find it too much whitespace (comparing cloud to datacenter).
Need to do more scrolling now ...
