I would like to know how I can edit the filters in this field, if this is not possible, how can I create new filters? I need to create a filter in there containing the tickets opened by the customer and the tickets in which the customer is participating.

Gostaria de saber como posso editar os filtros deste campo, se não for possível, qual a maneira de criar novos filtros? Preciso criar um filtro aí dentro contendo os tickets abertos pelo cliente e os tickets no qual o cliente esteja participando.

That is not currently possible.
