Is there a way to disable email notification for particular field update?

Is there a way to disable email notifications for specific field update? do not want to completely stop notifications for 'Issue Update', as don't want to miss any other updates. Basically want to block emails for small field updates like ticket size, or label update etc.

It is not possible out of the box. You would need to wirte a plugin or use an add-on like Power Scripts or ScriptRunner to send post manually.
