Is there a way to decorate a JIRA when a default reviewer is needed on a PR from BitBucket?

One thing we struggle with in our organization is being able to visually see on our board which of the JIRAs are missing a default reviewer (BitBucket integration) after all other reviews have been done.  Is there a way to have a decorator of some kind or a field that we can expose so that we can filter the board to show only JIRAs that need a Default Reviewer?
