Is there a way to count licenses via API?

Hi, I am curious if there is a way to get the remaining licenses or total licenses for my Jira , Confluence and Bitbucket instances? Often the higher ups ask us how many there are left and it would be nice to just be able to display them without having to look up each instance of each product.

For Confluence I don't think there's an API for this.

For Jira, it is available via rest api.
