Is there a way to change the user search results of the page restrictions?

Can I change the value that comes up when searching for people in the window to add page restriction?
There are several users with the same name on our site.
The window to add a page restriction only shows the user name and profile picture, so other users cannot identify a user of the same name for which no profile picture has been added.
When searching for a user in page limits, I found that looking at developer tools in the browser fetches all the information of the retrieved user.
Is there a way to add and display this information in the search results in the page restrictions window?
