Is there a way to bulk upload attachments?

We get the customer defects in csv format and also the corresponding attachments. We are currently using bulk upload of issues. However, the attachments for the issues are not being uploaded. Need help to upload the attachments using bulk upload utility.

you can with JIRA Command Line Interface (CLI)  using addAttachment
