Is there a way to bulk export user profile information?

Is there a way to bulk export the fields from the user profile page (url.atlassian.net/jira/people/)
For example:
Job Title
Department
Organization
Location

I don't see any options for exporting, other than using the jira REST API.

But why do you need this?

An alternative would be to search for a plugin from Atlassian Marketplace. 

In case you want to use a plugin, our Project Team app has the ability to export its own user custom fields, but we could eventually extend it to export these fields as well.

You should use the REST API to get those details, then you can export them into a data file.
