Is there a way to automatically default a screenshot resolution?

We have several users that upload images of screenshots. One user in particular uses a MacOS laptop. Their images load into Jira at a very high resolution and make the comment almost unreadable. When I use my Mac, I don't have that issue. No PC users have this issue. Is there a place to set a max resolution size to auto-re-size the images before posting so they are not so huge?

I don't think there's an option in jira for that.

Since it's an issue with only one user, probably you can coach the user to reduce the resolution before uploading the image to jira.
