We're running into an issue on many of our tickets where customers will take a screenshot and add it to a ticket. They name the image image001. then they'll take another screenshot of something else and on their computer name it the same thing. and then add another image001 to the ticket. etc.. We end up with pages of the same image listed over and over when it's really different images but they're all called image001 or screenshot.
Is there a way that Jira or Service desk can update or append these into a sequential order iteself? If it sees an image001 in a ticket that it could rename or append it to image002 or image001-1 ?
