Is there a way to adjust 1d to something other than 8 hours or is the conversion hard coded?

We are wondering as we would like to adjust a working day to 7.5 hours if possible. (Or maybe just 7 depending on this customization question) I'm just trying to figure out if this is just a limitation or something I've missed in the settings.

Of note, this is a system-level change, not for just one project.
