Is there a way of filtering what is in "To do" and in "Progress" in the backlog

I would like to create a filter to see what is in the to do and in progress status in the backlog.

This JQL filter will give you all issues that are in the To Do and In Progress status categories:

statusCategory != Done

Add additional information (such as project = ABC) as necessary.

Are these issues in a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project?

Is this for a Scrum board or a Kanban board?
