Is there a way in JIRA to edit all Issue data in a table view (e.g. MS Access)?

We have some users that enjoyed the ease of entering multiple stories very quickly in Access especially during meetings and sprint planning. Is there a view in JIRA to create/edit multiple user stories at once other than the bulk edit functionality?

There is none as far as I know. If users need to create multiple, they could do it in Excel and then use the CSV import feature.
