I have 3 boards under 1 project. Is it possible to have a ticket created automatically assign to a specific board without using a label?

Hi @Marc Danuelle B_ Balbin -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You describe having 3 boards for one project, and so I hypothesize you are using a company-managed project.

Issues appear on a board (and backlog) based upon a saved JQL filter and the mapping of status values to the board columns.  Additionally for a Scrum board, the issues must be in the active sprint to appear on the board.

And so when you create / edit the issues, changing their field data will determine on which board they display as they need to match the filter and board configuration.  One does not select the board directly.

FYI this is different than a team-managed project, which only has one board and issues must be specifically selected to display on the board for a Kanban board or be in the sprint for a Scrum board.

Kind regards,
Bill
