Is there a summary document on the new features in the cloud version?

We are migrating from on prem version 8.1.0. Is there a listing of the new features/ functionality or changes in the menu options to find functionality?

For example if bug classifications exists in the on prem version we are not using them.

Are they a new piece of functionality.

Hi @Barbara Lewis and welcome to the Community!  Data Center features releases can be found here on the upgrade matrix as well as the DC Roadmap.  Cloud release tracks are a bit different in that you decide whether you want Continuous or Bundled (refer here).  The Cloud Roadmap can be found here.  Additional feature comparisons can be found here.  HTH
