Is there a single portal for all atlassian products?

Using crowd, does crowd give you a single portal to login (and be redirected) to several atlassian applications?

We have: 

- JIRA Software

- JIRA Servicedesk

- Confluence

They are connected already to the same directory (AD), but is there an add-on which give the user 1 single point of entry from where they can click the URL for the application, skipping the manual entry of the URL of the specific add-on / software?

Please note, that the add-ons are NOT installed into the same instance.

you can use the SSO for all the applications and use the Application Navigator where you can find all the tools (Jira Software, JSD, and Confluence) link at the left side corner. Just you need to click on it and it will open in new tab so that you don't need to provide the URL manually.
