My team is using a service desk for scheduled tasks that are daily, weekly and monthly. I can pull tasks that have been created. I would like to see future tasks, or some kind of look ahead to know what tasks are going to be created the next day. I don't know if that is possible to do in the advanced search options. Any help would be great. Thanks!
Hi Ian. A query will only work on things that exist not on what might exist in the future. However, if you have some automation that is creating tasks on a regular basis it should be quite predictable.
