Hi!

Is there a possibility to extract the whole ticket activity into a file without installing additional software/plugins?

I am interested to extract the transitions of the statuses and their duration to create a PowerBI report for automatic calculation of the mean time to resolve.

Hi @ConstantinaLucia.Marin welcome to the community.  It is possible to go through the worklog and changelog, however it would take some scripting do you have any add-ons available to you?
