I use Confluence for my weekly status report as does most of my team. Formatting it with a table and a progress tab if its related to a JIRA ticket or not. I assume your question is for Confluence?

Bryan, Thx for the response. Yes i meant confluence. Did you create a template of your own? If so would you mind exporting and sharing ? I can leverage your work!!
