Is there a page which explains how 'Connect your OneDrive account' works ?

Hi, for a few weeks our users have been seeing the 'Connect your OneDrive account' when they copy paste a OneDrive link in an issue. 

For security purpose, I would need to know what exactly happens when this connection is made. Is there a documentation page about that ?

I would also be interested in more information on this. It seems like a good feature, but I'd need to know more before I can give consent on behalf of my org on this one.

More information on this is needed. I see "Jira Cloud" as a potential Integrated app in the M365 admin center, but I am not sure if that is the app needed for the "Connect your OneDrive" feature.
